Our background combines ICT engineering with long-term experience in industrial environments, where reliability, traceability and integration matter as much as algorithmic performance. Specializations. TR2 specializes in advanced sensing, computer vision and AI-driven analytics for inspection, monitoring and decision support. We develop solutions that move beyond standard imaging by integrating multimodal acquisition and data fusion, enabling detection and characterization tasks in challenging conditions such as variable materials, low contrast, high speed lines or low-signal environments. Our work covers both industrial quality control and broader domains where trustworthy measurement and interpretation are essential.
Core capabilities. We design complete end-to-end pipelines, from requirement definition and data strategy to model development, validation and deployment. This includes dataset creation and curation, algorithm selection and training, performance evaluation with clear acceptance criteria and continuous improvement through feedback loops. We place a strong emphasis on repeatability, robustness and operational stability, ensuring systems remain reliable across shifts, batches and changing environmental conditions.
Automation and system integration. Automation is a core competence at TR2, enabling technologies to move from prototypes to production-ready systems. We integrate sensing and AI into industrial workflows through real-time architectures, edge computing and interfaces with machines and line control. Our approach supports practical deployment constraints such as throughput, triggering and synchronization, mechanical integration and safe operation, so inspection and monitoring become actionable functions within existing processes.
Geospatial as a base competence. Alongside ICT, TR2 maintains geospatial and Earth observation expertise as a foundational capability. We work with GIS pipelines, satellite-derived data and spatial analytics to support monitoring at scale, environmental intelligence and infrastructure assessment. This competence enables TR2 to connect local sensing with large-area context, fuse heterogeneous data sources and provide decision support for applications that require both high-resolution measurements and territorial awareness.
From research to deployable products. Across all activities, TR2 focuses on translating innovation into repeatable, market-ready solutions. We support pilots, on-site testing and gradual industrialization, building reusable components that reduce time-to-deployment and create long-term value.
